My starting list to getting organized and getting shit done.

Bit of a mess but its coming along great.

My life, well most of what I am experiencing today comes from my spontaneous hyper active brain. My brain has been out of control picking up projects left and right, pursuing every interest as it passes my mind. I’ve been working on controlling my mind and ill talk more about that later, for now I wanted to get a to do list down in order to add some more control to my daily life.

This is based on priority you should expect to see something like this once a week. Sunday nights or whenever my week starts, sometimes it starts on Wednesdays.

Regaining Control of my Life

  1. Finish NMLS Exam Prep Course
  2. Pay for and schedule Exam
  3. Continue Studying no less than 5 hours a day
  4. Continue free lance work until then
  5. Start doing something different, every week, then gradually every day. It can be small

The last one is the most important out of everything on my list. It should really be number 1, but I wrote the list as everything came to mind. Doing something different everyday, does not always mean Sky Diving or Mountain Biking to get groceries. It can be something small, for instance brushing my teeth with the opposite hand.

Breaking the Rhythm of your current Life

Here is my list of small changes I can try out every day to see if they impact my life or help me snap out of the current funk I have been in.

  • Brushing teeth with left hand
  • Sleeping on the floor
  • Drinking water in the morning
  • Walking Ella in the am instead of afternoon
  • When I get out of bed put only my shoes on, no socks or pants or shirt
  • Wearing socks around the house
  • Stop wearing my hoodie, I love this hoodie though ;/
  • Shave my head
  • Stop eating/drinking items with added sugar
  • Instead of watching television listen to Jazz
  • Instead of talking listen more
  • Swapping dinner and breakfast times
  • Using my left hand all day
  • Answering the phone and saying, “I can’t talk right now”
  • Meditating for 24 minutes a day 1 minute for each hour

Woah, I am actually impressed with this list so far. So far this is exciting and welcoming change into my life requires breaking of a lot of habits but one step at a time and as always there is no hurry.
